THE C.L.E.A.N. METHOD FRAMEWORK
I created this framework to guide my one-on-one clients through the WHOLE MOTHER COLLECTIVE offering. It allows us to touch on important aspects of whole-body wellness making our work together a predictable and collective experience.
C- Connect and calm the nervous system
L- Look at the whole mother
E- Establish supportive rhythms
A- Align intuition & identity
N- Nourish body & environment
This framework consists of multiple areas of support.
During the first phase, we emphasize and establish emotional safety and regulation.
In the second phase, we explore the client’s lifestyle, identity, and support systems.
The third phase is when we start to gently create a structure that works for each individual mother. I try to anchor down a helpful rhythm that doesn’t drain.
In the fourth phase, we concentrate on the client’s voice and inner knowing. We reconnect with that if it has been lost and spent a good deal of time working through personal identity.
The last phase of my framework is finding sustainable and practical ways to nourish the client’s body and environment. We look at sensory shifts, diet, and everyday rhythms that affect the home environment.
